At Virya I provide classes that suit your current level of fitness and bring you closer to your heath goals. You can choose not only whther to practice a very gentle, relaxation-oriented restorative yoga, chair yoga or a gentle practice on a mat, but you can also pick whether to practice at home or in a studio.
Disability and chronic conditions do not have to exclude you from a yoga practice.I have experience in work with people struggling both with mental and physical conditions and I know that we can walk this path together taking one step at a time.
